Today marks the day for the third progress report and not a lot of progress has been made so far this few weeks. My partners and I have been busy working on college applications and haven´t been able to talk much about the project itself. We still have the month of March we would like to hold the event, but we need to get in touch with our high school faculty to discuss the dates we have agreed on. I believe I will try and email the Mr. Lord again today to try and set up another meeting with him. It has been hard however as all my partners have busy schedules. Even with these difficulties the project is still in full effect and we should have the whole event planned soon. Once we get over these facility difficulties the next set will be the marketing of the event. I still plan to find sponsors for food and potentially a face painter for the event. Personally I think we still have time, I don´t really think we are pressed for time as of right now.

Instead, it is up to my partners and I to find a date when to use the facilities. We have come to an agreement we should have the event take place sometime in March of 2018. With us having ample time to promote the "Sage Creek loves Kids" extravaganza. I have discussed with my mentors and decided that soliciting at all the elementary and middle schools will be the most efficient way to spread the word. I will personally go to every school or if it is possible, I will attempt to attend a school board meeting to where I can present my genius project to every school principal or person of interest that is affiliated with their school in hopes I can convince them to allow me to place flyers in their schools. On the flyer will contain the basic information of the event: Location, Time, Description of Event etc. The flyer will also have the link to both my website and a google form parents can fill out if they are interested in signing for my event. The google form will simply ask for the child's full name, parents full name, and the parent's email. I will also include a comment section for anything the parents would like us to know such as if the child is recovering an injury. This way we are fully aware of who will need more attention than others. Once we will cap out around 250-300 kids per say, I will make a giant spreadsheet, creating a roster for the event and will email all the participants important dates and details.
